The Business Awards are organised and run by the British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce (BSCC). A committee oversees the nomination process. The committee is responsible for making the decision which submissions are put forward as a finalist in each category.

If a committee member has a connection with or represents a nominated company/individual then he/she is excluded from discussions on submissions for the relevant categories.

The judging panel is comprised of three independent judges.

The judges review each submission based on the entry forms and supporting documents in order to select a winner.
