The British-Swiss Business Awards are being launched for the first time this year and aim to be the premier business award within the British-Swiss business community. The mission of the annual Business Awards is to recognise the achievements of companies who have made an outstanding contribution towards bilateral trade and investment between the UK and Switzerland. The Business Awards are organised by the British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by Lloyds TSB Private Banking.

The British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce (BSCC) was founded in 1920 and is an independent not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting its 750-plus Members and promoting business relations between Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the UK. The Chamber provides an ideal network and platform for business people to meet one another and develop business contacts.

The Geneva Chapter of the BSCC this year celebrates it's 20th Anniversary. According to many, the BSCC is Geneva's premier business organisation in the Anglophone/ international community.

Lloyds TSB Private Banking has been a member of the BSCC since 1954. It is a pleasure to join forces to launch the first British-Swiss Business Awards and celebrate outstanding achievements within the British-Swiss business community.

The Business Awards are now closed for entry. The finalists for each category will be announced shortly.
